We are currently seeking a Product Supply Analyst to be located in Loveland, Ohio and report to the Customer Facing Supply Chain Manager .

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Ensure outstanding service at minimum "cost to serve" as first and last mile to customer

  • Manage out of stocks and in stocks appropriately to ensure maximum shelf availability

  • Lead order smoothing and shipping efficiency initiatives to reduce cost per case

  • Responsible for implementing and measuring the effectiveness of inventory and general business recommendations with the customer

  • Support monthly forecast accuracy initiatives for both regular turn and promotional activity at the domestic and imports level

  • Drive internal and external cross-functional alignment for continuous improvement:- Support terms and conditions implementation

  • The primary responsibilities will include managing Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reporting requirements for key customers.

  • Provide supply chain analytics and strategic recommendations to our supply chain focused partners to make a lasting impact on the business. Develop transportation and Direct to Store strategy with customer backhaul team.

  • Serve as a key point of contact between customer and customer service. Lead lean activities to drive out inefficiencies.

  • Assist with bad goods and deductions research.

  • Lead key product availability recommendations weekly.

  • Develop strong working relationships with customers and internal partners.

Qualifications

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's Degree required from an accredited university (preferable Supply Chain Management or Logistics)

  • 3 years of experience in the CPG industry (or within Supply Chain).

  • Relevant & successful operational experience at market/business level, in at least two of the following areas: Demand & Supply Planning, Customer Service, Distribution Operations, Warehousing, Procurement.

  • Experience in Project work, working outside of home market, Dealing with Customers or Suppliers (Distribution, Retailers, Suppliers, etc.), Customer experience is a must.

  • Travel will be 0-5%
