The Christ Hospital Health Network Sr ERP Developer Analyst in CINCINNATI, Ohio
Title: Analyst Sr.- ERP Developer Shift: Days, Full Time
This position will be located in the IT Business Solutions department at Central Business Office for The Christ Hospital Health Network(TCHHN) located at 237 William Howard Taft Cincinnati Ohio 45219.
Job Overview: The enterprise resource planning (ERP) analyst will provide functional and technical support for the Lawson (Main focus on Human Capital Management/HR/Benefits. Will also work with Finance/Payroll application suites as well as ancillary applications (OnBase & Kronos) and system integration points. The analyst partners with end users to resolve application problems in an efficient manner to minimize business disruption.
The ERP Systems Analyst may perform the following duties:
Possesses the application functional/technical knowledge to support the currently deployed Lawson Human Capital Management, Financial, and Supply Chain suites. Partners with application owners in the documentation of current business processes and future state mapping to ensure the optimal configuration and efficiency. Identifies operational weaknesses and suggests process improvements. Understanding of integration points between related ERP modules and systems.
This analyst position may also support other core ERP applications such as; Hyland OnBase or Kronos WFC.
Assists in the support of other ERP applications. Ability to acquire application functional and technical expertise in these systems.
Documents ERP system interfaces and enhancements as required by the business using organized system development methodologies inclusive of requirements definition, design, development, testing, and implementation.
Participates in the routine maintenance of all ERP applications, including enhancements, upgrades, patches, new software installations, and migrations. Performs integration and unit testing. Adheres to defined change management processes.
Develops high-level work estimates, work plans, initial priorities, and works with management to review and prioritize activities.
Assists application owners in the development of test scripts, policies, and procedures. Conducts end-user training/education as required.
Ensures timely response and resolution of emergency production questions, issues, and defects. Properly documents and notifies appropriate application owners and IT management.
Possesses an understanding of industry requirements and considers business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field. Lawson application/technical certifications a plus
Experience: Have worked in a medium to large size corporate environment with increasing levels of responsibility and complexity of projects and applications. 4+ years recent experience with Lawson ERP systems support in an analyst or developer role Required Skills & Knowledge:
Must have functional and technical experience with human capital management, financial and supply chain management (specialization in at least HCM)
Must have experience interfacing with multiple systems (Unix, Oracle, SQL)
Must have strong verbal/written communication skills
Must have experience with project management methodologies and ability to manage multiple projects
Extensive experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word)
Team oriented, flexible, and able to work in an ambiguous and/or changing work environment.
Experience with Lawson Business Intelligence/Process Flow a plus.
OnBase & Kronos experience a plus.
Knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) and data manipulation tools a plus.
Prior healthcare experience a plus.
