Job Summary

Come join our small but mighty creative team! We’re looking for an experienced graphic designer to join us and help build our team. As our Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating designs that make the Mercy brand sing. You’ll be doing a variety of projects spanning print and digital executions. We’re looking for exciting, agency-caliber talent to work their magic in a collaborative corporate environment. If that sounds like you, let’s talk.

Essential Functions:

• Concepts, constructs and creates compelling visual assets in various formats

• Exhibits technical execution of brand guidelines while also exploring new, engaging ways to deliver on Mercy Health’s visual brand

• Maintains and catalogs brand asset libraries for design files, videos, photos and more

• Assists in evaluating graphic design output from partner agencies and contract consultants

• Aligns with schedules for on-time project delivery

Minimum Education : Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications or Graphic Design

Minimum Qualifications: • 5 – 7+ years of relevant work experience creating visual assets

• Demonstrates command of visual and communication design principles

• Fluency across graphic design, typography, photography and illustration

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud applications as well as basic proficiency in Microsoft Office programs

• Strong photographic sensibility: sourcing, purchasing, editing/re-touching and placement

• Capable of multi-tasking and manage multiple moving projects
