U.S. Bank Prepaid Senior Finance Manager in CINCINNATI, Ohio
This Senior Finance Manager position will support the U.S. Bank Prepaid Card portfolios. The individual who fills this position will be responsible for managing the financial processes around the analysis, planning, reporting, and decision-making for the portfolios.
- Manages the forecast and plan financial processes, identifying changes in trends and potential impacts on expectations
Partner with the Prepaid Business Groups (Strategy, Business Management, Sales, Marketing, and Operations) to develop and implement significant portfolio growth initiatives. Including new product research and development
Monitor product segment profitability and recommend shifts in strategy to remain competitive in the marketplace and increase profitability Manages - Manages various financial analysis projects or studies to create insightful and actionable results
Provides leadership, guidance and training to professional finance staff
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience
10 or more years of experience in financial analysis activities
Five or more years of management experience
Proven leadership and managerial skills.
Advanced knowledge of reporting, analysis
Understanding of basic accounting principles and theory
Ability to analyze data, identify trends and problem solve variances
Manages and analyzes a significant level of detail for multiple projects proficiently
Ability to design, enhance, and effectively communicate processes and procedures
Effectively communicates business and financial trends to non-financial peers
Functions well in a fast paced, changing environment with multiple deadlines
An effective team member while leading in areas of expertise
Solid Excel and financial modeling skills
Experience with Essbase preferred
