American Mercy Home Care is looking for PRN Physical Therapists who are compassionately committed to providing quality care and service and have at least one year of clinical experience.

Physical Therapist Responsibilities
Provide Physical Therapy treatments to patients in the home care setting.
Focus primarily on patient evaluations, updates to plan of treatment, supervision of PTAs patient response to treatment, quality of care, patient care education to clients and caregivers,
Participates in case conferences, summary reports, quarterly record reviews and annual program review
Deliver care based on Standards of Practice for the state of practice and must be in compliance with company policy and regulatory requirements.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
Currently licensed to practice in Ohio.
One-year physical therapy experience in teaching or clinical setting preferred.
Must obtain and maintain current CPR Certification.
