Conduct working sessions withclients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements.
Provide subject matterexpertise on key business process decisions.
Advise clients on industrystandards for Advanced Compensation in order to provide suggestions to achieveclean configuration and streamlined processes.
Design and implement requirementsin the Workday HCM Advanced Compensation solution.
Demonstrate configurationsthrough the use of prototyping.
Leverage prior AdvancedCompensation related Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience.
Understand Workday’sImplementation Methodology and use it on all engagements.
Provide the Project Managerwith status reports and keep them apprised of overall project status.
Ensure the client takesadvantage of Workday best practices.
Participate in update trainingand other events that help share one’s product skills with other consultants.
Existing and up todate Workday HCM and Advanced Compensation Certifications.
2 yeasr priorconsulting experience implementing Workday Advanced Compensation with acertified Workday implementer.
Successfullycompleted at least 2 end to end Advanced Compensation Workday implementations.
Ability and willingness totravel 50-75%.
3 years priorexperience implementing Workday Advanced Compensation with a certified Workdayimplementer.
